Britney covers 'Elle' magazine's October issue

Britney Spears and her fiancé Jason Trawick have revealed how their relationship went from business to pleasure.



According to Trawick, who previously was one of Spears's agents, the singer made the first move, he tells ELLE magazine in its October cover story.

"It was kind of one of those things where she moved, like, turned around, so we were face-to-face and then ..., " says Trawick, who became engaged to Spears last December.

But before Trawick, 39, can spill any more juicy details, his fiancée interrupts him, saying, "Okay, that's enough information, sweetie. It was sweet, just say that."

Spears, 30, is more straightforward when it comes to discussing her feelings toward fame.

"I guess I've been under the microscope so long that I don't even pay attention to the nonsense anymore," she says. "I gave up getting upset about things people make up about me a long time ago."

The X Factor judge admits that balancing her career with her life as a mother to Sean Preston, 6, and Jayden James, 5, doesn't always allow for high fashion.

"I love my jeans and my sweats – I'm really just a tomboy at heart. So it's really hard for me to be like Kim Kardashian and be makeup and hair ready every time I go out of my house," she says. "I'm not a believer in that, you know?"

She does admit to occasional regrets about her fashion choices. "When you do wear those sweats, you're like 'Oh God, I should step it up a notch,' " she says.

Gwen Stefani style icon, mother and lead singer, covers Elle UK October issue 2012. With Stefani's new album "Push and Shove" set to release on September 25th, Gwen is adding addtional exposure and dishing on her inspiration for her latest album with band No Doubt. Setting her style, the 42-year old singer shows off her fashionista side in a McQ floral dress with a Peter Pilotto top photographed by Matt Irwin. "This is actually my third British Elle cover shoot. It feels really, really good. It was really easy, It was really fun. And its just exciting because the reason why you're letting me do the Elle cover is because the new No Doubt record is coming out - and so, that makes it all the more real."

On being a parent:
“Being a mom is hard.”

On the inspiration for her "Push and Shove" album:
"[The album is] about being overwhelmed and the balancing and trying to do all of it.”
